These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any services made available through it (the “Platform”). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

1. Nature of the Platform

Pest Support Services is a marketing and referral platform. We are not a pest control company and do not provide pest control services directly. Instead, we connect users (“Consumers”) with independent pest control providers (“Vendors”) who may provide services directly to you.

While we take steps to work with reputable Vendors, Pest Support Services does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, licensing, or performance of any Vendor, and we are not a party to any contract or agreement between you and a Vendor.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You have the authority to enter into this agreement.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a service request.

• Not to impersonate anyone or submit information on behalf of another person without permission.

• Not to misuse or interfere with the operation of the Platform or attempt to circumvent our systems or security.

• That all information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Service Requests and Referrals

By submitting a service request through our Platform, phone, or any communication channel, you authorize Pest Support Services to:

• Share your contact and service-related information with one or more third-party Vendors solely for the purpose of responding to your request and fulfilling pest control services.

• Allow those Vendors to contact you directly by phone, SMS, or email to coordinate service.

We do not control the Vendor’s scheduling, pricing, availability, or performance. Any dispute or issue that arises from the Vendor’s services is between you and the Vendor.

5. Communications & SMS Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you agree to receive communications from Pest Support Services at 786-396-1061 regarding account updates, service requests, and promotions (if consented). Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for any reason.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, text, design, and software, is the property of Pest Support Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without our written consent.

7. Disclaimers

Pest Support Services provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, timeliness, or effectiveness of any Vendor or service provided through the Platform. You assume full responsibility for your interactions with any third party, including Vendors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pest Support Services and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, reliance on any information, or engagement with any Vendor.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed $100.

​

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pest Support Services, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with Vendors.

10. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver:

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any services you receive shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms and your relationship with Pest Support Services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
